Weekend food truck offers a delicious selection of sweet and savory delights from Guerneville’s favorite gourmet deli and marketplace

July 1, 2019—Big Bottom Market, Guerneville’s favorite gourmet deli and marketplace has teamed up with Bowman Cellars to deliver a delicious menu out of a classic Airstream trailer called the Big Bottom Biscuit Bullet. Open Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and located at 9010 Graton Road, Graton, CA, the Biscuit Bullet is serving up Market favorites that include:
- Biscuit BLT—Suggested pairing: Bowman Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon
- Biscuit with Pulled Pork and Cole Slaw—Suggested pairing: Bowman Cellars Pinot Noir
- The Sea Biscuit—Suggested pairing: Bowman Cellars Chardonnay

An official launch party celebrating the Big Bottom Biscuit Bullet and partnership will take place on July 20th from 4 to 8 p.m. at Bowman Cellars. Guests will enjoy live music, phenomenal biscuits, and author Michael Volpatt will be signing his new cookbook, “The Big Bottom Biscuit.”
