The Blue Wines from the Spanish Desert Are Conquering the United States

The blue wines of Bodegas Perfer arrived in the United States more than a year ago, where they have spread considerably since then.

The company, which has recently signed an agreement with the largest national distributor through Imex New York LLC, importer and exclusive representative of Bodegas Perfer and its blue wines Blú Perfer and Blue Brut in the country, has managed to introduce these innovative wine products in some of the most important supermarket chains and stores specializing in alcoholic beverages in the United States.

Imex NY, has been responsible for importing, promoting, distributing and negotiating these products with distributors and retailers throughout the country. Thanks to this, Bodegas Perfer’s blue wines have the honor of being the first blue wines available in the United States.

After a first year of product consolidation in the states of New York and New Jersey, Blu Perfer and Blue Brut began to expand into the Midwest in 2018 thanks to the Hy-Vee supermarket chain with almost 300 stores in seven states, including Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Illinois and Nebraska.

Beginning this summer, and due to the good reception of these particular blue wines by the American public, a new agreement has been reached with one of the best known chains of stores specialized in alcoholic beverages in the country: Total Wine & More, with more than 160 stores throughout the country and with a great presence in important states such as Florida, Texas, California and Virginia.

The blue desert wines are also now available in the US online via NewBlueWine.com website with shipments available to forty of the fifty states.

This way, the Spanish winery continues to position itself as the number one in sales of blue wines in the United States, with more than 300,000 bottles sold to date and continuing its expansion throughout the country.
