Wineries Will Donate $1 Per Bottle Sold Through the Month of October

Paso Robles, CA (October 11, 2017) In the wake of the devastating wildfires in Napa, Sonoma, and Mendocino Counties, participating wineries in Paso Robles are donating $1 per bottle of wine sold through the end of October to a charity helping those affected.

Visitors and locals alike are encouraged to purchase wine directly from wineries in Paso Robles Wine Country to help support our friends and colleagues in need.

Participating wineries are being updated by the moment on www.pasowine.com/consumer_events/wildfire_relief/

At the end of the month, the Alliance will direct funds to the following charitable organizations working to provide relief to their stricken communities:

  • Napa Valley Community Foundation’s Disaster Relief Fund
  • Community Foundation of Sonoma County’s Resilience Fund
  • Community Foundation of Mendocino County

The PRWCA is also working with other California wine region associations to coordinate offers of goods, services, lodging, etc. specifically for the wine industry. This effort will be shared broadly by the North Coast vintner and winegrape grower associations in the stricken areas.
