NAPA VALLEY, CA (June 28, 2016) –HALL St. Helena has announced the date for its annual Kathryn Hall Release Party celebrating the 2013 vintage of its flagship Cabernet Sauvignon. The event will take place on Saturday, September 10, and will also serve as the book launch for A Perfect Score, a new book by vintners Craig and Kathryn Hall. Additionally, a unique Vertical Tasting will be hosted by award winning Director of Winemaking, Steve Leveque, prior to the main event.
“The Kathryn Hall Release Party is always special because it is the first chance we have each year to share the newest vintage of this great wine,” says Vintner Kathryn Hall. “This year, however, the party will be especially fun as we are also sharing our new book in the setting that provides the backdrop for our story.”
Bringing together winemakers, wine-lovers, fans, and foodies alike, guests will be invited to enjoy a sun-filled afternoon outdoors to sip on the newly released 2013 Kathryn Hall Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine was rated 98-100 pts (in barrel), by Robert Parker, The Wine Advocate.
As a bonus to this year’s event, all attendees will receive a copy of A Perfect Score, which will be available to the public, nationwide, on September 13. The book weaves a vibrant tale of Craig and Kathryn’s experience in creating a modern winery that combines artistry in all forms. Guests will have the chance to have their book and bottles signed by the Halls.
Entertainment will be provided by country band, The California Cowboys, and guests will be served western style bites by Feast Catering. Additionally, horse-drawn buggy rides will be available throughout the event. The Kathryn Hall Release Party takes place on The Great Lawn at HALL St. Helena facing the Bergfeld Estate vineyard.
