Martha Rueca-Gustafsson recently joined Safe Harbor Wine Storage in Napa as Production Manager/Winemaker, overseeing daily operations and bottling. Martha brings over 10 years of experience in production winemaking from a wide variety of premium wineries in the East Bay and in Napa. For the past five years, Martha worked exclusively in custom crush, providing client winemaking services to foster the growth and sale of several of Napa Valley’s most recognized wine labels. She believes client and team synergy are vital to every project’s success. “Developing strong relationships is the foundation of everything I do both professionally and personally.”
Martha received her Winemaking Certificate from the University of California, Davis, Division of Continuing and Professional Education in 2008 and her Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from Mills College in 1996. She is the mother of two grown daughters and resides in Oakland, CA with her husband.
