It is made of 100% Chardonnay grapes, macerated with extracts of Merlot grape skin. Blú Perfer is created by Juan Perez, a third-generation winemaker from Bodegas Perfer located deep in the Almeria desert (Spain) which is the only existing desert in Europe. Blú Perfer is organically crafted using white grapes plus a natural pigment extracted from the Merlot grape skin giving this wine its beautiful Mediterranean blue color.
