Rodney Strong Wine Estates Names Anthony Capobianco as Vice President, Off-Premise National Accounts

HEALDSBURG, California (June 28, 2017) – Rodney Strong Wine Estates has announced that Anthony Capobianco has been hired as Vice President, Off-Premise National Accounts. In this newly created role Capobianco will lead a team of four National Account Directors to expand the winery’s presence and share in the off-premise chain universe.   

Capobianco brings extensive national account experience for both wine and consumer packaged goods to the position. Most recently Copabianco worked for Crossmark, where he managed strategic development and execution of the national off-premise grocery, wholesaler, and drug business for Kimberly-Clark. Previously, he spent nine years in various roles at MillerCoors, followed by serving as National Account Director for Treasury Wine Estates

This hire marks a significant investment and commitment by Rodney Strong Wine Estates in the national off-premise chain world. President Carmen Castaldi states, “We have created this additional role and centralized our national account team under Anthony’s leadership, demonstrating our commitment to this important segment of the business and supporting the significant investment of our distributors against our national account customer base.”
