Ferrari-Carano Offers New Tasting Experiences at Winery and Seasons of the Vineyard Tasting Bar and Boutique

Guests May Tour the Healdsburg Winery, Enjoy Wine by the Glass and by the Bottle, and More

August 2, 2016; (HEALDSBURG, Calif.)—Brand new this summer, Ferrari-Carano Vineyards and Winery and Seasons of the Vineyard Tasting Bar and Boutique offer guests wine by the glass and by the bottle to enjoy on-site. Available wines include Ferrari-Carano’s labels and wines from their Anderson Valley winery, Lazy Creek Vineyards. The two Healdsburg venues in Ferrari-Carano’s family of brands are thrilled to their expanded menu of tasting experiences that encourage visitors to take their time savoring wines as well as the Carano’s distinctive vision of beauty and hospitality.

Winery owner Rhonda Carano says, “We want every visit to our winery and tasting rooms to impress upon guests the Italian lifestyle we embrace, celebrating our love of wine, food, entertaining, gardens, music and more.”

Here is a look at the experiences currently offered at Ferrari-Carano Vineyards and Winery:

  • Tours of the winery, garden, cellar and vineyard – Free and available daily by appointment.
  • Private tastings in the PreVail Room – Available at 11:00a.m. and 2:30p.m. by appointment. Choose from eight themed tastings, including varietal-focused tastings and food pairing experiences.
  • Wine and chocolate pairing – Offered in the Enoteca, sample five Ferrari-Carano cabernet sauvignon wines paired with artisan, custom blended chocolates created especially for the winery.
  • Il Terrazzo tastings – The outdoor patio overlooking Ferrari-Carano’s Dry Creek Valley estate vineyard is now open daily. Guests may enjoy a glass, bottle, or flight of wines al fresco.
  • Villa Fiore tastings – Sip wine and enjoy the beautiful surroundings at the dramatic, curved mahogany and black granite wine tasting bar with its backdrop of large, arched windows that overlook the estate vineyard, rolling hills and the stunning villa fountain pavilion. A tasting of five wines from the Ferrari-Carano Classics series is $10 (refunded with a $50 purchase). Guests may also choose to enjoy a glass or bottle of wine.
  • Enoteca tastings – Taste at the bar or choose a seated tasting in the spacious underground cellar. Guests may relax and enjoy Ferrari-Carano’s Limited Release and Reserve Wines in a beautiful setting. Choose four wines for $25 (refunded with a $150 purchase). Guests may also choose to enjoy a glass or bottle of wine.
  • Group tastings – Available by appointment.

Here is a look at the experiences offered at Seasons of the Vineyard Tasting Bar and Boutique:

  • Custom tasting flights, wines by the glass and by the bottle – Available daily. Pricing varies.
  • Wine and chocolate pairing – Sample four cabernet sauvignon wines paired with luscious chocolates from gourmet chocolate maker Scharffen Berger. $20 (refunded with a $75 purchase).
  • Jazz It Up! – Enjoy free live concerts from 4:00p.m.-6:00p.m. on August 13, August 27, September 10, September 24 and October 22. Upcoming performers include Ratatet 4 Quartet, Trio Vino Dolce and Gary Johnson Quartet.
