(NAPA VALLEY, CA; November 12, 2018) – Two Napa Valley icons reunite to host an exclusive dinner at Charlie Palmer Steak Napa inside Archer Hotel in Napa. The esteemed Blackbird Vineyards Winemaker Aaron Pott and award-winning Chef Charlie Palmer will pair artisanal wine country favorites with Blackbird’s most prestigious wines for 25 lucky guests in downtown Napa.
The four-course meal will include Branzino with Brussel Sprouts, Sunchokes and Lemon paired with 2017 Blackbird Vineyards Dissonance, Maple Crusted Squab alongside 2014 Blackbird Vineyards Arise, followed by a Seared Ribeye paired with 2009 Blackbird Vineyards Paramour and a decadent Chocolate Torte paired with 2013 Blackbird Vineyards Paramour.
Tickets are priced at $150/per person with only 25 seats available. Charlie Palmer Steak Napa is located in the Archer Hotel Napa at 1260 First Street in downtown Napa.
