Santa Rosa, Calif., Oct 24, 2017.  WineCompetitions.com has announced that for every entry made to the 2017 Harvest Challenge, the net portion of proceeds will be donated to aid in recovery from the recent Northern California Wildfires.

“Rebuilding here in the North Bay’s wine country is personally very important to me,” says Debra Del Fiorentino, Founder of Wine Competitions Management & Production (WCMP) that operates WineCompetitions.com based in Sonoma County, California. “I have my home here and it’s my base of operations. Donating was the very least I could do to support not just the community but the industry that supports my business.”

But people all over the country have been asking Del Fiorentino how they could also help. She decided to widen the spectrum and turn over all net proceeds from the 2017 Harvest Challenge to #CAWineStrong.

Says Del Fiorentino, “The wine industry is a tightknit community. This donation allows folks outside the area to show their caring and support. Together we can work as one to help rebuild the precious things we’ve lost.”
