Brad WarnerOn July 1, 2016, Brad Warner purchased Transition Equipment Company (TEC) from owner Vicki Mastbaum.

Brad, who also owns Rutherford Equipment Rental (RER), believes the acquisition is a natural fit to his many years of winery production and equipment experience.  “Vicki and I started our companies in the early 90s, and we’ve always worked well together on transactions over the years.  She’s provided a valuable service to the wine, beer and cider industries, and with the growing demands, I’m confident my team can continue the successful development of the business.”  To ensure a smooth transition, Brad will work with Vicki on transactions that were in progress before the acquisition.

The official website address of TransitionEquipment.com, and phone number of 707-537-7787 will remain in place. Effective immediately, customers can email TEC at the new address of info@transitionequipment.com.
