February 24, 2016 –Benicia, CA—Cork Supply, USA, Inc., is pleased to announce that Art Danner has joined our team as the new Vice President of Sales for the Closures Division.
Danner is an accomplished beverage alcohol industry executive with 25 years’ experience in sales, marketing, portfolio planning and product distribution. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Sales and Strategy for Epic Wine and Spirits. His history includes leadership positions at Young’s Market Company and Southern Wine & Spirits, as well as roles at Beringer Blass Wine Estates, Delicato Family Vineyards and Heublein.
Danner holds a degree in Political Science and Agricultural Economics from UC Davis, where he also played football and lacrosse.
Cork Supply, USA recently established a new Spirits and Craft Beer Division to include the following Cork Supply Group products: Talis bartops, Guala screwcaps, Rivercap tin capsules, Tonnellerie Ô barrels, and Creative Oak alternatives. Heinz Heidenriech, former Vice President of the Cork Supply Closures Division, has become Vice President of the Spirits and Craft Beer Division.
