Scheid Family Wines Hires Multi-State Sales Manager for Virginia, Washington DC and Maryland

SALINAS, California – April 23, 2019 – Scheid Family Wines (SFW) announced today a new addition to its growing sales team with the hiring of Joseph Fritz as Multi-State Sales Manager. Joseph will handle SFW’s sales and distributor management in Virginia, Washington, D.C. and Maryland.

Joseph has 15+ years of wholesale wine experience. Previously he served as Sr. Wine Manager of Hop and Wine Beverage in Chantilly, VA. During Joseph’s time there, the fine wine business grew from less than $100,000 in revenue in 2012 to over $2,000,000. Prior to Hop and Wine Beverage, Joseph was a Sales Representative for Grassroots Wine Wholesalers in Birmingham, AL. Before launching his career in the wine industry, Joseph graduated Cum Laude from the University of the South, Sewanee, TN with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
