Healdsburg, CA, December 8, 2022 – Wine Industry Network (WIN) hosted the 10th Annual North Coast Wine Industry Trade Show & Conference (WIN Expo) at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds and Event Center on Thursday, December 1st.

Known as the largest trade show and conference focused exclusively on the North Coast, the WIN Expo provided 13 informational sessions focused on Strategy & Leadership, Production & Winemaking, Sales & Marketing and Viticulture & Grape Growing. This year’s sessions had an emphasis on technology and sustainability.

Alongside the trade show which featured nearly 300 exhibitors showcasing the latest products and services available and the educational conference sessions, this year’s event featured expanded attendee attractions. These included an outdoor equipment showcase, afternoon networking social, trial wine-tasting stations, and a live event broadcast hosted by KSVY 93.1FM featuring interviews with conference speakers, attendees, exhibitors, and the 2022 WINnovation Award winners.

For the 10th anniversary, attendance grew 11.5% from 2021 and 10.4% from pre-pandemic attendance in 2019. While the majority of the attendees came from Sonoma and Napa, there was an increase in wine industry professionals from other parts of California including the Central Coast and Central Valley, compared to previous years.

Trial Tasting – New attendee attraction

“It’s hard to believe that it’s been 10 years since the first WIN Expo,” said George Christie, President and CEO of Wine Industry Network, “This year was especially rewarding because we had even more attendees than we did prior to the pandemic and despite the success we’ve had with virtual events, there’s no substitute for bringing people together. In-person events trade events are back stronger than ever,” Christie added.

The 11th Annual WIN Expo will return November 30, 2023. For more information, go to: wineindustryexpo.com.
