Luxury Calistoga Winery Promotes Former General Manager Jessica Link to President of the Winery
Calistoga, Calif., January 19 ,2022 — Davis Estates announced on Monday that longtime employee Jessica Link has been promoted from General Manager to President of the winery. Link joined Davis Estates in 2016 just before the opening of the winery, and has been an integral part of the leadership team since then, moving the brand from infancy to distinction.
“I am humbled and honored to now hold the title of President of Davis Estates,” shares Link. “It’s rare that we get to work in a field and with a company that we are truly passionate about, and I’m lucky to say that it is definitely the case for me. I am excited to work with the family and this dedicated team to continue building on this trajectory of excellence.”
Link started as the fifth hire and has built a team that is 22 people strong. Her performance, including making the company cash-flow positive after just four years, takes strategic planning, backed by exceptional wine and incredible hospitality. This is accomplished by providing her team the opportunity to succeed through processes, education, and training.

Link started her career path as one of the first three graduates from the Wine Business program at Sonoma State University. Before joining Davis Estates, she came up through the ranks at Beringer Vineyards, Sonoma-Cutrer Vineyards and Robert Young Estate Winery developing broad-based experience in management, finance, sales and marketing, hospitality, winegrowing and production. Her outgoing nature, insatiable curiosity, and complete lack of inhibition to ask “who, what, why, or how?” have exposed her to people and elements of the business well beyond the roles she’s held.
