Winery Launches New Luxe Five-Course Lunches Celebrating the Marriage of Wine and Food

(Napa, Calif.) July 10, 2018—Ray Signorello, proprietor and co-winemaker of Signorello Estate, today announced Savor Signorello, a new five-course lunch paired with Signorello’s renowned wines at Meadowood Napa Valley. Using Signorello Estate’s wines as his muse, Meadowood’s Estate Chef Alejandro Ayala will create seasonal menus using produce, edible flowers and herbs from the Meadowood Estate and Garden, as well as the finest shellfish, meats and other bounty from the Napa Valley and beyond.

Savor Signorello lunches are hosted by one of Signorello’s Estate Ambassadors who serve as guides for the lunches, introducing guests to the winery’s history and Ray Signorello’s vision for the future. Guests will be greeted with a crisp, bright white wine and small bites to whet the palate and appetite, setting the stage for the sumptuous meal to follow. Sample summer menu items include Maine lobster with corn panna cotta, hazelnut and summer melons and Snake River Farms rib eye “cap & eye,” with English peas, maitake mushrooms and summer truffle. Featured wines will include either the Signorello Seta or Hope’s Cuvée, as well at the Estate Cabernet and three vintages of the winery’s flagship Cabernet Sauvignon, Padrone.

Savor Signorello semi-private lunches will launch July 23, 2018 and will be offered year-round at noon daily in the outdoor/indoor Madrone Room at Meadowood. The intimate lunches are offered for two to eight people and feature a five-course mid-day meal perfectly paired with five Signorello Estate wines. The price is $275 per person; reservations are only accepted over the phone up to twenty-one days prior to the booking date. Please call 707.255.5990 for more information or to bookSavor Signorello at Meadowood.
