KENWOOD, CA (October 23, 2017) – Ledson Winery & Vineyards is extremely excited to announce that the Castle will reopen for business today, Monday, October 23rd, resuming normal business hours of 10am to 5pm daily.
Ledson has received hundreds of emails, messages on social media, and phone calls with well wishes and concerns for the castle and their safety. The Ledson team can’t thank everyone enough for the outpouring of love they have received. Ledson is thankful to say that all of the team is safe and contrary to some social media posts, that the Castle was unharmed during the surrounding fires. Everything is well at The Ledson Hotel and Zina Hyde Cunningham Tasting Room; they are open for business as usual on Sonoma Plaza. Mountain Terraces Vineyard did endure a small amount of damage to some of the irrigation and power lines but systems will be restored as soon as access permits.
“Our hearts and condolences go out to those that have been impacted during this tragic event. Now in recovery mode, many have asked what they can do to help. The best thing you can do is continue to support Sonoma County by supporting businesses, drinking great wines and visiting the Sonoma wine country. Our deepest gratitude goes out to all of the first responders, supporting agencies and everyone who worked so hard, literally saving our winery from the fires. We would love to meet you and invite all of you to come visit us soon.” – Steve Ledson
