New promotions demonstrate family’s commitment to creating value and affinity among customers
August 24, 2016 (Livermore, CA) – Wente Family Estates, the oldest continuously-operated family-owned winery in America, announces three strategic promotions in its continuing commitment to the company’s long-term vision to be one of the most respected wine companies in the world.
Tyson Overton has been promoted to the position of Executive Vice President, Chief Sales Officer. In this role, Tyson will continue to lead the Global Sales team in the company’s focus to build value and expand their footprint across the United States and abroad. Since he joined the company more than two years ago, Overton has been instrumental in developing the sales teams for Wente Family Estates and growing all brands in the marketplace.
Dave Enderle has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Strategic Accounts. In this position, Dave will be responsible for continued sales growth across all Strategic Account channels including On Premise National Accounts, Off Premise Retail channel and Luxury Sales & Education. He will work with these teams as Wente Family Estates expands distribution, grows share and continues to invest in these priority areas as an organization.
Lisa Kalfus has been promoted to Vice President of Marketing. She will continue to lead the marketing team with a dedication to strengthening the Wente Family Estates wine portfolio and further connecting with the company’s loyal consumers. Her focus will be to continue to raise awareness of the family’s pioneering spirit and pursuit of excellence.
