New division and Second Office add capabilities to perform Inbound call answering solutions to its existing Outbound business.

VinoPROSanta Rosa, CA, March 18, 2015 – VinoPRO, Inc. today announced the expansion of its new Inbound Customer Loyalty division formed in September of 2015 as well as the opening of a new sales office location, both of which complement VinoPRO’s existing best of breed outbound wine sales organization.

VinoPRO’s Customer Loyalty Division (CLD) will expand its current operations to include taking inbound customer calls generated by email campaigns, wine release notices, winery visits and web site enquiries. With its expanded focus and new toolsets, the division works with multiple CRM, reservation and ecommerce systems from Vin65, AMS, eWinery and ShipCompliant.  By having both inbound and outbound services in one location, the company is able to capitalize on wine club management, problem resolution and wine sales in a coordinated and effective way.

“We have had tremendous success servicing a very large, multi-brand client for over the past year and we’re ready to expand our offerings to other clients,” said Jeff Stevenson, founder and CEO of VinoPRO. “The response to our new services has been extremely positive, and we have several clients in the process of coming on board.”

It’s a challenge for wineries to manage so many touch points while overseeing tasting rooms, busy weekends and seasonal high traffic. This new solution will provide a consistent, guaranteed level of high quality telephone service for answering calls, taking reservations and wine club management from 9AM-6PM, Monday-Saturday.

“Today’s announcement is a great compliment to VinoPRO’s highly professional outbound service and offers their clients the benefits of managing customer relationships across the full spectrum of contact points,” said Bruce Cousins, President of Armida Winery.

Responding to the growth of their business and the needs of clients, VinoPRO is opening a second support center 10 minutes from Napa in neighboring Fairfield. Operation is expected to begin in early summer of 2016, and the company is actively recruiting for employees to service that location. Inquiries for positions in this location can be sent to recruiting@vinopro.com.
