New division and Second Office add capabilities to perform Inbound call answering solutions to its existing Outbound business.
Santa Rosa, CA, March 18, 2015 – VinoPRO, Inc. today announced the expansion of its new Inbound Customer Loyalty division formed in September of 2015 as well as the opening of a new sales office location, both of which complement VinoPRO’s existing best of breed outbound wine sales organization.
VinoPRO’s Customer Loyalty Division (CLD) will expand its current operations to include taking inbound customer calls generated by email campaigns, wine release notices, winery visits and web site enquiries. With its expanded focus and new toolsets, the division works with multiple CRM, reservation and ecommerce systems from Vin65, AMS, eWinery and ShipCompliant. By having both inbound and outbound services in one location, the company is able to capitalize on wine club management, problem resolution and wine sales in a coordinated and effective way.
