A great blend of New York wineries will be on hand
to support and promote this afternoon of “Peace, Love and Wine Understanding”
Geneva, NY – The New York Wine Industry Association (NYWIA) is pleased to announce the winery line-up for their annual fundraiser, Winestock NY. This year marks the industry event’s fifth year, and is slated for Saturday, June 28 from 12:00pm to 5:00pm. which is held annually in the beautiful vineyards of Three Brothers Wineries and Estates overlooking Seneca Lake in the heart of the Finger Lakes wine region.
This year’s wineries include several wineries from the Finger Lakes, along with a selection of other New York State wineries. Sampling, educating and selling from the Finger Lakes are: Fox Run Vineyards, Hazlitt 1852 Vineyards, Miles Wine Cellars, Atwater Estate Vineyards and Winery, Anthony Road Wine Company, Fulkerson Winery, Villa Bellangelo Winery, Frontenac Point Vineyard Estate Winery, Penguin Bay Winery, Lakeland Winery, Crooked Lake Winery and the three wineries and craft brewery of host Three Brothers Winery and Estates.
Representing the Thousand Island wine area will be Thousand Islands Winery. From The Niagara Escarpment and Greater Niagara wine region The Winery at Marjim Manor will pour wines and Merritt Estate Winery, from the Lake Erie wine region, will be at the event.
“The criteria for a winery to attend Winestock is that it must be a New York State winery serving only New York State Wines,” explains Erica Paolicelli, Partner and General Manager of Three Brothers. “And most are members of the New York Wine Industry Association and support the organization’s efforts to educate and advocate for the industry in our state — both to our politicians who represent our wine community in Albany and Washington DC, and to the consumers who enjoy our wines and visit our wineries.”
Tickets to Winestock NY 2014 are $15 in advance and are available now through www.winestockny.org. The event will also hold three interactive seminars, which are $10 each additionally, with seating limited to 40 audience members each. Seminar tickets can also be purchased online, or at the event.

Winestock NY is an annual fundraising event thrown by a group of passionate New York wineries to benefit NYWIA (NY Wine Industry Association) and its mission to promote the stability and advancement of the wine industry in New York through advocacy and public education. The festivities, hosted in the scenic vineyards of Three Brothers Wineries and Estates overlooking Seneca Lake, are an open invitation to the public to come share in an afternoon of “Peace, Love and Wine Understanding.” 2014 marks the event’s fifth anniversary, and will take place from 12:00pm to 5:00pm on Saturday, June 28. New this year are three educational seminars, in keeping with the Association’s goal of education. In addition, there will be two stages of live music, 18 plus NYS wineries sampling and selling in the Wine Tents, and local foods and artisans.
