Find the Tools to Grow Your Boutique Wine Business at the Craft Beverage Expo

Craft Beverage Expo 2014As a boutique label, you may be feeling more pressure as imports and big wineries try to dominate the retail shelves and push the craft wineries to the side. However, with a little creativity and knowledge about the latest marketing platforms that can connect wineries to new customers and turn them into label ambassadors, it is an opportune way to claim a significant share of the market.

The place to be this May is the inaugural Craft Beverage Expo. As the first of its kind, it is the only event made specifically for the craft and boutique winery market, including artisan vintners. Everything at the show – from the exhibitor floor to the informative sessions – is geared toward the small wine producer.

The two-day expo is designed to give you the tools and strategies from the producers and industry experts that know what works. This includes experts like Rowan Gormley, CEO of Naked Wines and Leslie P. Berglund, Co-Founder and Chairman of WISE Academy just to name a few. Find out how Steve Hindy and Ken Grossman built their craft business. Let David Schuemann of CF Napa Brand Design help refine your brand. Hear Scott Tallon from Winebow explain how he picks a product for his portfolio.

The two keynotes and 24-breakout sessions will focus on the business ingredients essential to successful boutique production, including, sales, marketing, brand enhancement and business development, as well as how to identify and address the critical issues that emerge from operating in such a heavily regulated space.

Along with the sessions, there will be opportunities for networking with the entire artisan industry, including craft brewers and craft distillers. There will be two continental breakfasts, lunches, and networking receptions to encourage discussion among the participants and attendees. Additionally, there will be 150 exhibitors that will present their products, services, and solutions for small craft producers.

Whether you are a boutique wine maker dedicated to planting new varietals or marketing new styles, a craft brewer who is deeply committed to the purity of  ingredients and the authenticity of your story, or a craft distiller, who against all odds, is living the true meaning of farm to flask, this event will educate, inspire, and connect.

In conjunction with the other industry events that bring together the best and brightest, this is a unique event to include in your annual event participation as it speaks directly to your niche and business objectives. Scheduled for May 6-8 at the San Jose Convention Center, you can register here: http://registration3.experientevent.com/showcbe141/.
