The story of the Nardi family meets the 2025 harvest in a Millesimato Brut that showcases the vocation of the high hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene

October 14, 2026 (Farra di Soligo in Treviso, Italy) — Nestled among the rolling hills of Farra di Soligo, where vineyards have long been cultivated on challenging slopes and Glera grapes thrive in an ideal environment, the Nardi family has been developing the La Farra project since 1997. Founded on decades of experience gained in family-owned vineyards, the winery follows a straightforward philosophy: understanding the land in depth and allowing its identity to emerge naturally in the finished wine, with minimal intervention.
Today, La Farra manages 25 hectares of vineyards across Farra di Soligo, Pieve di Soligo, Follina and San Pietro di Feletto, four municipalities within the historic Conegliano Valdobbiadene production area. By retaining direct responsibility for every stage of production, from vineyard work to winemaking, siblings Adamaria, Innocente and Guido Nardi combine generations of family knowledge with modern oenological expertise.
This vision takes shape in the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Millesimato Brut 2025, produced from carefully selected Glera grapes grown on some of the denomination’s hillside vineyards. Located between Farra di Soligo, Farrò, Solighetto and San Pietro di Feletto, the vineyards sit at elevations of approximately 180 to 300 metres above sea level on clay-limestone soils. Harvesting is carried out entirely by hand during the last part of September, with yields limited to a maximum of 135 quintals per hectare.
The personality of the Millesimato Brut 2025 derives from the combination of site expression and meticulous cellar work. After gentle pressing, the must ferments slowly for around fifteen days at a controlled temperature of 18°C. The base wine is subsequently stored in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks before undergoing secondary fermentation according to the Charmat Method. The sparkling process lasts approximately 25 to 30 days at 16-18°C and is followed by three to four months of ageing.
In appearance, the 2025 vintage shows a bright straw-yellow hue animated by a fine and persistent stream of bubbles. The bouquet opens with fresh aromas of apple and peach, accompanied by subtle floral notes. On the palate, the wine is vibrant and balanced, with lively acidity providing energy and leading to a clean, dry finish true to the Brut style.
The result is a Prosecco Superiore that combines precision, freshness and immediate appeal. With an alcohol content of 11% ABV and residual sugar of 10 g/L, the Millesimato Brut 2025 reflects one of La Farra’s guiding principles: using technology to support the fruit while allowing the fragrance, freshness and distinctive character of the hills to remain at the forefront.
Designed to be enjoyed in its youth, when freshness and aromatic intensity are at their best, the wine is well suited both as an aperitif and throughout a meal. It pairs particularly well with seafood, delicate starters and light first courses.
About La Farra
The Nardi family built the La Farra farm in 1997 in the hills of Farra di Soligo, in the heart of Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG, where Prosecco becomes Superiore. Run by siblings Adamaria, Innocente and Guido, the estate vinifies grapes from its own vineyards and reflects the attachment to the land and the passion for grape growing that has accompanied the Nardi family for generations. The balance between the culture of this territory, the use of modern winemaking and viticultural techniques, and respect for the environment allows the estate to produce wines of unmistakable elegance and quality.
