Lemmons Family Vineyards Acquires Cuda Ridge Wines

An old — and new — legacy comes together

April 30, 2026 (Livermore, CA) — Lemmons Family Vineyards, the family-owned company behind the historic Concannon Vineyard, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Cuda Ridge Wines, a respected Livermore Valley boutique winery known for its small-lot, award-winning Bordeaux-style wines.

Led by Tom and Paige Lemmons, Lemmons Family Vineyards continues to expand its portfolio while deepening its commitment to Livermore Valley winegrowing. The family is also in the process of replanting nearly 50 acres of vineyards at the Concannon estate, focused on Livermore Valley’s signature varietals, Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc, further investing in the long-term future of the region’s wine industry.

“This is a natural fit for us. Bringing these two wineries together strengthens our portfolio and deepens our commitment to producing exceptional Bordeaux-style wines in Livermore Valley,” said Tom Lemmons.

“Concannon helped pioneer Bordeaux varietals here after founder James Concannon imported vine cuttings from Bordeaux’s great estates, including Château Margaux and Château d’Yquem. Cuda Ridge shares that same dedication to quality and is especially known for its Cabernet Franc, crafting beautifully structured, Old World–inspired wines.”

Founded by Larry and Margie Dino 19 years ago, Cuda Ridge Wines has built a strong reputation for handcrafted, award-winning wines focused on Bordeaux varietals and blends sourced exclusively from the Livermore Valley AVA. Under the new ownership, Larry and Margie Dino will remain actively involved in the business, with Larry Dino continuing to assist with winemaking.

Dino will join Concannon’s award-winning winemaker Brett Fikse, forming a collaborative winemaking team across both Cuda Ridge and Concannon. Together, the two bring decades of experience crafting acclaimed wines and will continue the estate’s long tradition of award-winning winemaking. Their partnership brings complementary styles and perspectives, strengthening the portfolio while expanding the diversity of wines produced at the historic Concannon estate.

Cuda Ridge’s tasting room will relocate on August 1, 2026 to the Concannon estate at 4590 Tesla Road in Livermore, where guests will be able to experience both brands alongside Concannon’s beautiful outdoor spaces and event facilities. Cuda Ridge will continue to operate at its current location on Arroyo Road in the meantime. A temporary tasting room will open on-site while plans progress for a larger, redesigned Cuda Ridge tasting room. Cuda Ridge customers will also have opportunities to explore Concannon wines and enjoy experiences across the estate.

Lemmons Family Vineyards has also recently invested in significant enhancements to the historic property, including newly renovated event spaces such as the Vineyard Ballroom, Bubbles Lounge, and Barrel Room, with a new Olive Grove gathering space currently in development. These additions continue to expand the Concannon estate as a destination for wine, events, and hospitality in Livermore Valley.

“We recognized a couple of years ago that we could not run Cuda Ridge indefinitely and began exploring options to continue the winery’s legacy,” said Larry Dino. “After conversations with Tom Lemmons, it became clear this combination is a win for both wineries and, most importantly, for our customers who seek an elevated experience and high-quality wines.”

The partnership brings together two wineries deeply rooted in Livermore Valley’s Bordeaux winemaking tradition, combining Concannon’s historic legacy with Cuda Ridge’s boutique craftsmanship while expanding guest experiences at the estate.
