September 25, 2025 (Sonoma County, CA) — Sangiacomo Family Wines, a third-generation family winery rooted in Sonoma Valley since 1927, is proud to announce their role as the Official Wine Sponsor of the 2025 San Francisco Fleet Week Air Show Presented by United Airlines, taking place October 10-12, 2025.

This marks a historic first for Sangiacomo Family Wines, aligning the family-owned brand alongside one of San Francisco’s most celebrated annual traditions. The Fleet Week Air Show, which attracts fans from 49 countries and all 50 states to witness spectacular aerial performances by the U.S. Navy Blue Angels and other world-class aviation teams over San Francisco Bay, will now feature Sangiacomo’s hand-crafted, certified sustainable wines throughout the three-day festival.
“We are honored to be the official wine sponsor of San Francisco Fleet Week 2025,” says Steve Sangiacomo, third-generation partner at Sangiacomo Vineyards. “This monumental opportunity is very special to our family; it is a weekend we have cherished as it pays tribute to our Armed Forces. Our family’s legacy of farming premium grapes in Sonoma since 1927 started in San Francisco when our grandfather Vittorio immigrated from Italy. We look forward to sharing our wines with the greater Bay Area community and couldn’t be more thrilled about this partnership.”
The 2025 San Francisco Fleet Week Air Show Presented by United Airlines will honor the U.S. Navy’s 250th anniversary with a powerhouse lineup featuring the world-renowned U.S. Navy Blue Angels, the Canadian Snowbirds returning for the first time since 2017, and historic performances by U.S. F-35 fighters from the Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force. Taking place over the Bay between the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz, it is the only U.S. air show where a commercial airliner—the United 777—performs a fully choreographed act.
“There’s not a better air show lineup in North America than San Francisco Fleet Week, and 2025 is primed to be more exceptional than ever,” says Jim Breen, Chairman and CEO of The Air Show Network, producers of the San Francisco Fleet Week Air Show. “The show has an incredible blend of all-time favorites, especially the Blue Angels, along with special appearances and history making firsts. Knowing that festival attendees will be able to enjoy premium Sonoma County wines within the spectacular waterfront hospitality during the show makes the experience all the better.”
Event attendees will be able to enjoy the wines from Sangiacomo Family Wines and sibling label Eden Dale, at the Festival Center on Marina Green—offering prime viewing of the air show. At Marina Green, guests 21+ can sip refreshing Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Rosé in the Beer Garden, while premium ticket holders will also have access to exclusive activation stations in the Premium Box Seats, VIP Flight Deck Club™, and Private Chalets. These stations will showcase limited-production wines such as their estate grown Sonoma Coast Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Noir along with their Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.
Founded by Vittorio and Maria Sangiacomo in 1927, the family has grown grapes in Sonoma for three generations and today farms 1,600 acres across Carneros, Sonoma Coast, Petaluma Gap, and Napa Valley. Since 2016, they have crafted wines under their own label, working with acclaimed Winemaker James MacPhail to create expressive bottlings that reflect the character of each vineyard and the family’s deep ties to the land. They continue to grow and sell world-class grapes to over 80 premium wineries from the family’s 14 vineyards; all are certified sustainable by the California Sustainable Winegrowing Alliance (CSWA).
The 2025 San Francisco Fleet Week Air Show Presented by United Airlines will be held on October 10-12, 2025 from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. For more information and to purchase Premium Tickets, visit fleetweeksf.org.
