Patrick Kerrigan to Lead the Southeast U.S. Market

SALINAS, CA, AUGUST 29, 2022 – Scheid Family Wines is pleased to welcome Patrick “Pat” Kerrigan to its sales team as a Regional Sales Manager. Reporting to National Sales Director Henry Politz, Kerrigan will lead the Southeast Sales Region covering Kentucky, Tennessee, West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Georgia and Florida and strategically expand the Scheid Family Wines growing portfolio of global wine brands.

Kerrigan joins the Scheid team with decades of wine industry experience. Most recently, he worked for Lipman Brothers of Tennessee for over 20 years in various roles including Director of Sales, Wine Business Unit Director, and Private Label Wine Development Director. “Pat’s passion for the wine business, complimented by his strong business acumen and industry relationships, will elevate Scheid Family Wines’ market presence in the Southeast,” said Chief Sales Officer Tony Stephen. ”He’s a highly skilled business manager, and we are pleased to have him as part of our team.”

“Scheid Family Wines presented an opportunity to be a part of a growing company with an amazing culture that values its employees and their input into the company’s growth,” said Kerrigan. “Scheid has always been a sleeping giant. Seeing the evolving infrastructure, along with the flexibility of the winery and its production capabilities, makes Scheid a perfect fit for my skill set and experience. I am excited and humbled to be a part of such a great organization.”

Kerrigan will be based in Nashville, Tennessee. He is a self-professed viticulture expert on French hybrids, particularly Vidal Blanc. Pat enjoys his time with family or his Zen time outdoors, balancing fly-fishing with his proclivity for growing grapes.
