Hubert had an immense appreciation for California and Italian winemaking and an affinity for Zinfandel. Certified organic, non-GMO, and vegan, this wine is from the Salento region within Puglia. One True Zin is a bold wine with a solid structure and notes of plum, cherry, marmalade, and spice. Stylistically, this Zinfandel merges old world and new world to create a smooth and easy-drinking red, that pairs perfectly with steak, burgers, and barbeque.
