Bakersfield, California, USA, October 3, 2018 – Sunridge Nurseries, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Rick Burnes as their new President.
Rick Burnes received his B.A. from California State University, Bakersfield and was most recently named General Manager of Bolthouse Farms, COO of Agricultural Capital, and preceding President of Wonderful Nurseries. He brings over 25 years of experience to the company and has spent his professional career working with some of the leading local agricultural companies in Kern County.
Sunridge Nurseries, Inc. founder, Glen Stoller, says “We are very confident in Rick’s ability to convey his leadership skills to manage and grow inspiring teams as we continue to accelerate growth. Rick has an impressive record of motivating good people and a history of effective strategic planning. His wealth of experience in agricultural business management will be a great asset to our rapidly expanding business.” Glen Stoller will transition to serve as an advisor to Burnes on key strategic initiatives.
