Majority Shareholding Within Forrester Vineyards (Pty) Ltd and Acquisition of Le Bonheur Wine Estate

Advini Le BonheurSituated at the foot of the Helderberg Mountain, in the heart of Stellenbosch, Ken Forrester Vineyards is considered “The House of Chenin Blanc”.

Renowned worldwide, Ken Forrester wines can be found on wine lists of top restaurants and fine wine shops around the globe.

AdVini has acquired a significant share of Forrester Vineyards (Pty) Ltd. Ken Forrester will remain Chief Executive Officer to manage the business. He will be in charge of national and international development with the support of the AdVini sales team.

Ken Forrester Vineyards and AdVini aim to double the sales in the coming years.

This comes shortly after AdVini acquired the venerable Stellenbosch stalwart Le Bonheur Wine Estate, a stunning 163 hectare property, in addition to L’Avenir, a wonderful Wine Estate belonging to AdVini since 2010, famous for its outstanding Pinotage.

These recent moves aim to position AdVini as one of the leading Terroir wine producers in South Africa and are aligned with the AdVini strategic plan “E-toile 2020”.
