Opici WinesGLEN ROCK, NJ, February 11, 2014 – Opici Wines, a leading importer and producer of fine wines from around the world, has announced the launch of its new spirits division: Market Street Spirits. Named for the street on which Opici’s first office was located in Paterson, NJ in 1913, Market Street Spirits pays homage to the company’s origins. The portfolio will include a selection of handcrafted, premium spirits from around the world.

“It’s an exciting time for the spirits category, especially with the recent boom of craft spirits, and we are thrilled to jump in to this area,” said Don Opici, Managing Director of Opici Wines. “Our unique, handcrafted spirits brands perfectly complement our exceptional wine portfolio.”

Market Street Spirits informally launched in 2013 with the introduction of Rebellion Bourbon.
