In this combo training, we will give your team members a thorough understanding of the sales process, and instill confidence in them to ask for the sale each and every time!
ONLINE with a live trainer! Your team members will:
- Understand why all sales begin with delivering an exceptional guest experience
- Key into “The Miracle of the Guest”
- Identify “backstage/onstage” behaviors and how they effect the experience
- Learn to enhance your guest experience through effective communication styles
- Be prepared to increase wine club conversions and wine sales by applying our “Beginning, Middle, End” (BME) technique
- Identify four guest types
- Link guest interests to wine club and wine benefits
- Identify the sales hierarchy
- Overcome objections & learn up-selling techniques
- Learn how to effectively capture customer contact information
