May 13, 2026 (Newberg, OR) — Nicolas-Jay, an Oregon wine partnership between Jean-Nicolas Méo of Burgundy’s Méo-Camuzet and visionary music entrepreneur Jay Boberg, has announced the 2026 dinner series with luminary chefs at the estate winery and vineyard in the Willamette Valley.

The dinner series is a natural evolution for the refined hospitality offered at Nicolas-Jay Estate. Cofounder Jay Boberg’s relationships have guided his wine and music career, and he has friendships with each of the internationally known chefs creating experiences at Nicolas-Jay this summer. Each dinner offers a rare opportunity to experience a multi-course menu crafted by a visiting chef, paired with a selection of Nicolas-Jay wines, all set within the winery’s modern estate featuring an open kitchen and sweeping vineyard views.
The 2026 series features an exciting roster of culinary talent, including:
- May 16 & 17 — Chef Michael Anthony (Gramercy Tavern, New York)
- August 28 & 29 — Chef Norihito Endo (Ebisu Endo, Tokyo)
- September 12 — Chef Walter Manzke (République, Los Angeles), joined by Andrew Turner of Valley Wine Merchants
Blending marquee names with emerging voices, the Chef Dinner Series highlights chefs known for their deep connection to ingredients and techniques, mirroring Nicolas-Jay’s own commitment to site-driven winemaking and thoughtful craftsmanship.
“These dinners are about more than food and wine—they are a place to share a deep connection over our mutual dedication to craft,” shared Nicolas-Jay cofounder Jay Boberg, whose connections have led to the creation of these exclusive experiences. “Each chef brings a story, one complimented by not just the wines, but the place and the people you enjoy them with.”
Seating for each dinner is extremely limited, offering an immersive, close-up experience where guests can watch chefs at work in the open kitchen, and engage directly with the chefs and winemakers behind the wine. The full series details, including further background on featured chefs are provided below. Tickets are expected to sell out quickly. Guests are encouraged to join the Nicolas-Jay mailing list for early access and event announcements.

ABOUT NICOLAS-JAY
Nicolas-Jay is a winery born from the longtime friendship of Jean-Nicolas Méo of the famed Domaine Méo-Camuzet, and visionary music entrepreneur Jay Boberg. Nicolas-Jay’s regional cuvées are a thoughtful collection of premium sustainably farmed vineyards, and the winery has four single vineyard designate bottlings: Bishop Creek, Nysa, Temperance Hill, and Momtazi. Chardonnay was added to Nicolas-Jay’s offerings in 2017, both an estate bottling and a regional cuvée, Affinités. With the 2021 vintage, a new single vineyard designate from Spirit Hill Vineyard joined the collection of fine Willamette Valley Chardonnay from the winery. In 2019, Méo and Boberg purchased a 53-acre site in the Dundee Hills AVA, a location with some of the deepest Jory soils in the region, and began converting the existing barn to a winery and tasting room. Nicolas-Jay planted its first vines on the estate vineyard and launched the new tasting room in 2021. Nicolas-Jay wines are distributed nationally and available in overseas markets like Hong Kong and the United Kingdom. For more information, please visit nicolas-jay.com.
