Napa County Historical Society Announces Inaugural Heritage White House Dinner

Featuring Seven Premier Napa Valley Wineries

April 17, 2026 (Napa Valley, CA) — The Napa County Historical Society (NCHS) is proud to announce the inaugural Heritage White House Dinner, an elegant and immersive evening celebrating the enduring role of wine in American heritage. The inaugural Heritage White House Dinner will take place on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at 5:30 in the evening, at the Olive Hill Estates, graciously hosted by proprietors Tatiana and Gerret Copeland.

Bringing together history, fine wine, and culinary artistry, the evening will feature a seven-course menu inspired by historic White House State dinner cuisine paired with seven renowned Napa Valley wineries – Schramsberg Vineyards, Shafer Vineyards, Morlet Family Vineyards, Stags’ Leap Winery, Chimney Rock Winery, Bouchaine Vineyards, and Domaine Carneros – designed to reflect key moments in American wine and cultural history.

“Throughout many years, I have had a close connection to several U.S. Presidents who served in the White House. Gerret and I are very proud to be able to host such a fabulous dinner at our property, Olive Hill Estates,” said Tatiana Copeland. “Not a bad way to spend a lovely evening, tasting great wines during a historic White House dinner menu, surrounded by 3,000 olive trees!”

Guests will enjoy a multisensory experience that includes live music and storytelling and a visual journey through the evolution of Napa Valley from the 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s.

The event, themed “In Vino Hereditas” (Heritage in Wine) highlights the intersection of wine, culture, and history, reinforcing Napa Valley’s legacy as a cornerstone of American winemaking. The evening will be held in formal attire.

“The Heritage White House Dinner is more than a culinary event, it’s a celebration of the people, stories, and milestones that shaped Napa Valley and its global reputation,” said Kelly Wallace, President of the Napa County Historical Society. “We are honored to collaborate with these iconic wineries to bring history to life in such a unique and meaningful way.”

Tickets are extremely limited and are $500/pp. For more information or to purchase tickets, please visit napahistory.org/events
