February 27, 2026 — Breakthru Beverage Group, one of the leading beverage wholesalers in the United States and the largest broker in Canada, and O’Neill Vintners & Distillers, a Certified B Corporation and Regenerative Organic Certified? wine company, today announced an expanded distribution partnership into Colorado. O’Neill has also granted Breakthru exclusive distribution of the Substance Wines portfolio in eight existing markets: Minnesota, Wisconsin, Florida, South Carolina, Maryland, Illinois, Arizona and Washington, D.C.
Now spanning Breakthru’s 16-market U.S. footprint, the distribution partnership will focus on driving innovation and connecting with consumers as tastes and trends continue to evolve.

The distributor will carry the full portfolio, which includes core brands Harken, Robert Hall and Line 39, as well as emerging brands Ram’s Gate, Substance Wines and the FitVine line of zero-sugar full alcohol and no alcohol wines.
