Gina Molinaro-Cardera was Honored as 2025 Member of the Year

January 26, 2026 (Livermore, CA) — The Livermore Valley Wine Community (LVWC) welcomed its new 2026-2027 board of directors during its recent annual meeting. This esteemed group of winery, vineyard and local affiliate business proprietors will oversee the direction of the organization and its support of the members in the Livermore Valley American Viticultural Area. The LVWC is dedicated to advancing, protecting and promoting the quality wines, vineyards and experiences of the Livermore Valley Wine Community.
“We are thrilled to welcome our new board members, whose expertise and perspectives will help advance our goals and strengthen our commitment to being a world-class wine region that pairs award-winning wines with family-style hospitality,” said Brandi Lombardi, Executive Director of the Livermore Valley Wine Community. “Their leadership will be integral as we continue to drive awareness of all that the Livermore Valley Wine Community has to offer to wine lovers across the Bay Area and beyond.”
BART Board President Melissa Hernandez installed the LVWC 2026-2027 Board of Directors. Board members include:

The LVWC also selected Gina Molinaro-Cardera, owner of Garré Vineyard & Winery, as their Member of the Year. Lombardi added, “Gina has been a driving force in Livermore Valley’s growth and focus on the future. As the former Board of Directors’ president, she has been a respected leader and a key champion for the region, helping guide our community forward with vision and dedication. We are deeply grateful for her continued leadership and the lasting impact she has made on the Livermore Valley Wine Community.”
