20+ New and Innovative Companies You Haven’t Seen Before at the WIN Expo

Vineyards and wineries are struggling with difficult market conditions, and this new wine business environment calls for new thinking, new solutions, and the courage to change. The North Coast Wine Industry Expo – WIN Expo has always been a place where the industry learns what’s new and what’s next, and the attendees recognize the significance of that with 64% saying that exploring new products and services is an important or very important part of attending.

“We know these are challenging times for the wine industry,” says George Christie, CEO of Wine Industry Network (WIN), who produces the WIN Expo, “but there are still businesses that are succeeding, and they do so because they are willing to renew, to not be stuck in how things have always been done, but take advantage of new technologies and opportunities.”

This year the WIN Expo welcomes more than 20 new exhibiting companies that have never exhibited at the WIN Expo before and invites attendees to come explore new solutions and possibilities for them to improve their business. The exhibitor guide presents a preview of what the trade show has to offer, so you can plan your visit to the WIN Expo on December 4 at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds.

The solutions offered by the  first time exhibitor span the range from winegrowing and production to consumer engagement. Agtech companies include Senseen with their AI-powered Nutriscope scanner, Viti-Tunnel’s climate change adaptation and crop protection, and Beagle Tech’s AI-powered mechanization and automation. Meanwhile, Viata extends the revenue potential to your events, while VinoDraft easily lets you start serving wine on tap.

One of this year’s WINnovation Award winners, WIneSpot AI, is also exhibiting for the first time to showcase how their AI-driven software improves winery customer service experience and reduces your team’s workload. Left Coast Marketing is another first time exhibitor and WINnovation Award winner, their BottleShots.ai technology allows wineries to create high-quality digital bottle images instantly with just a label file.

“It’s because innovation is so important for the industry that we recognize five wine industry suppliers each year with WINnovation Awards for their innovative solutions that help vineyards and wineries improve their business,” says Christie. “This year four of the winners are also exhibiting at the WIN Expo. Not every solution is right for every winery, but every winery should do their due diligence to understand what’s possible, so that they don’t miss a valuable opportunity.”

First time exhibitors at the WIN Expo are not the only ones bringing forward new and innovative solutions. In fact, many of the long-time industry suppliers who have been present every year are still there exactly because they are able to innovate and continue to provide cutting-edge solutions to the industry.

That includes BevZero who won a WINnovation Award this year for their new ClearAlc dealcoholization equipment, which addresses a growing market need for quality low and no alcohol wines, and they are offering a trial tasting of their capabilities at the WIN Expo. InnoVint has exhibited every year for the past 10 years, and this year is the second time they have won a WINnovation Award. This time for their Harvest Watch dashboard. The tradeshow will also feature fifteen other WINnovation Award winners from recent years.

The North Coast Wine Industry Expo – WIN Expo is the largest wine industry event on the North Coast with 250 exhibitors and 12 conference sessions at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds on December 4, 2025. Register for your tickets here.
