Crafted from a meticulous selection of the region’s best Pinot Noir vineyards, this sparkling wine is vinified in white and undergoes natural bottle fermentation, following the traditional method. It is then aged on the lees for at least 24 months, developing a refined complexity and authentic territorial character.
In the glass, it shows a brilliant straw yellow color and an elegant, persistent perlage. The bouquet reveals aromas of fresh citrus, white flowers, bread crust, and delicate toasted notes. On the palate, it is structured yet graceful, with vibrant freshness, a mineral backbone, and a long, clean finish.
