August 26, 2025 (Nashville, TN) — The Belle & Bottle Collective is proud to welcome Susan Kostrzewa, veteran wine journalist, educator, and content strategist, as our Content Director and Strategic Advisor.

Kostrzewa is the founder of Resplendent Ink (www.resplendentink.com) and the former Editor-in-Chief of Wine Enthusiast Media. With decades of leadership in wine journalism and industry strategy, she has spearheaded global editorial initiatives, championed diversity in wine coverage, and built platforms that amplify women’s voices in the industry. Her career includes board and advisory appointments, mentoring roles, and collaborations that have advanced women’s leadership across the wine world.
