West Pike Acquires Storied Napa Production Facility Bin to Bottle

Operator-led company with long history in the wine business, brings hands-on investment strategy to wine’s production infrastructure—starting with a major custom winemaking hub in Napa Valley

NAPA, Calif. (April 3, 2025) — Today, West Pike, an operator-led company focused on investing to build critical infrastructure for the wine business, announced the acquisition of Bin to Bottle, one of Napa Valley’s most respected and versatile custom wine production facilities.

As much of the wine industry faces economic headwinds, oversupply, and generational shifts in consumption, West Pike continues to reinforce the industry’s foundation with long-term investment in the services and systems that producers rely on.

“The headlines in this industry have been hard: closures, layoffs, pulled vines, and lost contracts,” said Kevin Boyer, Global CEO of West Pike. “But behind those stories are real people—winemakers, growers, and teams who need infrastructure they can count on. West Pike is investing both time and money where it matters most: in supporting the backbone of the wine industry and bringing sustainable, vertically integrated opportunities to wine businesses of all sizes. Our goal is to build stability, improve access to vital tools, and give producers a clear path forward to help growers, producers and distributors to emerge through this period of transition even stronger than before.”

West Pike enters the market to provide access, stability, and scale as wineries and growers struggle with rising costs, margin compression and operational uncertainty. The firm invests in infrastructure — backing the production, compliance, logistics, packaging, and sustainability solutions that will give producers more control, efficiency, and adaptability in an increasingly challenging environment.

West Pike is led by industry veterans with over 100 years of combined experience across wine, agriculture, DTC, and scaled operations. Its leadership team has helped grow and transform some of the most influential beverage companies in the country—bringing direct operational experience from vineyard to fulfillment.

A long-trusted partner for brands across the West Coast, Bin to Bottle offers full-service custom winemaking, bottling, and alternative beverage production solutions. With dedicated infrastructure for distilled spirits, spritzers, canned wine cocktails, hard seltzers, beer and ciders, the facility is uniquely positioned to serve the evolving needs of modern beverage producers.

West Pike has assumed all existing customer contracts and retained existing staff at Bin to Bottle, ensuring continuity of service and maintaining employment across the facility.

“Bin to Bottle has earned the trust of producers up and down the coast by delivering consistently and operating with integrity,” said Cole Boyer, Chief Commercial Officer at West Pike. “We’re not coming in to fix something that’s broken—we’re building on what already works. Our focus now is growing the platform to help even more producers benefit from the scale, precision, and expertise the Bin to Bottle team brings every day.”

West Pike plans to expand its footprint with additional acquisitions and partnerships focused on operational strength, vertical integration, and long-term sustainability in the coming months. The company will be a steady partner to wine and beverage brands navigating the industry’s reset—and aims to create meaningful opportunities for producers of all sizes to thrive.

“We believe in this industry, and we’re betting on its future,” added Kevin Boyer. “But we also know it can’t get there without a stronger foundation. That’s what we’re here to build—businesses that producers can depend on, during good years and tough ones alike. Bin to Bottle is just the beginning.”
