Thompson is a seasoned professional with extensive sales and marketing experience in the alcoholic beverage industry. After beginning his career managing wholesale and distributor partnerships in the spirits sector, Thompson advanced to managing brand development and sales for major wine corporations such as Southern Glazers Wine & Spirits and Freixenet/Mionetto. Since joining MFWC in 2021 as the West Region National Accounts Manager, Thompson has played a crucial role in enhancing partnerships across all market tiers. His strategic brand planning, innovative problem-solving skills, and meticulous budget management have significantly boosted the market position for MFWC’s broad portfolio of brands. In his new role, Thompson will manage sales operations for the West, working in partnership with Republic National Distributing Company to expand business segments and maximize sales revenue.
