October 16th – Water management and energy efficiency have made Bodegas Bianchi one of the most sustainable and innovative wineries in Argentina for four generations. This National Organic Month (September), we are showcasing the new releases from this 95 year old producer, Organic Malbec 2022 & Organic Cabernet Sauvignon 2022. Both wines were crafted for easy drinking from 30-year-old organic vines yet contain structure and finesse with fresh fruit character.

About Organic Bianchi

The San Rafael regions’ natural soils, healthy vineyards and thriving biodiversity are the foundation of the organic Merlot and Cabernet. The organic grapes for both wines were sourced from Bodegas Bianchi’s Finca Doña Elsa and Finca Asti vineyards, both containing soils with a loamy, sandy texture and medium-sized boulder layers which impart a mineral character onto the wine. The goats living in the southern mountains of Mendoza inspired the Bianchi Organic label, intended to symbolize Bodegas Bianchi’s commitment to the environment. The Bodegas Bianchi Organic Malbec 2022 & Bodegas Bianchi Organic Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 are now available for $16.99.
