Novato, CA – Aug. 29, 2023 – WX Brands, a global wine company known for its intentional approach to building and sustaining successful wine brands, announced today it will be honored with a 2023 North Bay Business Journal Best Places to Work award in September. Selections by the editorial staff of the Journal were based on several criteria, including anonymous employee survey results, general comments and an employer application.

“We are proud to receive the North Bay Business Journal’s 2023 Best Places to Work Award. Our company culture and creative approach to business starts with our employees who contribute to our long-term goal of prioritizing a people-first approach. Not only does this approach strengthen our growth and great success as we relocate to a new footprint in Novato, but it is also proof of our efforts to be a role model within our community as we receive this award for the third year in a row,” said Oliver Colvin, CEO of WX Brands.

On the heels of the Best Places to Work announcement, WX Brands also announced it will move its Marin-based HQ to Hanger 4 at The Landing in Hamilton. Located in Novato, The Landing features renovated airplane hangars and a newly refurbished common area for tenants to enjoy. The WX space has been designed to reflect input from the team and features collaborative, open workspaces with bright, natural light. The team will now have access to modern amenities in a community that offers access to nature and miles of walking trails for inspiration along the San Pablo Bay. Providing space for increased collaboration and this sense of community aligns with the company’s belief that people are its most important assets.
