July 28, 2022 (Grand Prairie, Texas)—Republic National Distributing Company, the national distributor and broker of premium wine and spirits, today announced that Scott Lammert will have expanded responsibilities in his role as Executive Vice President, Supplier Business Development (SBD), Wine and Spirits. Lammert now leads both SBD teams, wine and spirits, where he will focus and align the overall supplier business development strategy across RNDC.
“Scott’s success in both the spirits and wine side of the business gives him a unique perspective to help augment and expand our supplier relationships,” said Jenn Engel, Chief Commercial Sales Officer. “I believe the cohesiveness behind this strategic move will allow RNDC to continue to win with suppliers and customers.”
Lammert has been in the alcohol beverage industry for 32 years, gaining experience in wine and spirits brand/sales management, executive branch management, operations, and talent development. He has a proven track record of successfully leading teams through an ever-changing environment coupled with consistent growth.
Lammert serves and supports several charities and organizations. Here at RNDC, Lammert spearheaded the DoBlue campaign that became an annual event for the company and resulted in more than $1M in charitable donations to the Prostate Cancer Foundation.
Additional charitable work includes Chair at University of Incarnate Word Development Board, Board Member of the San Antonio Children’s Shelter Board, member of the United Way Advisory Board, Kids Matter, and Wine Committee for Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
Lammert reports to Engel and will remain in Dallas.
