Terlato Wines Hires Juan Miguel Gonzales Vice President, Sales

LAKE BLUFF, IL (August 21, 2019) – Established in 1947, fourth generation family owned and operated Terlato Wines today announced the appointment of Juan Miguel Gonzales to the critical role of Sales Vice President for the Western Division.

Chris Miller, Executive Vice President of Sales for Terlato Wines said, “Miguel has tremendous relationships within the distributor network and is a goal oriented professional. He has impeccable communication skills, a fiercely strong work ethic and takes a team approach to problem solving. His strong background in business development and sales management coupled with his leadership qualities make him an ideal fit for this very important role as we continue to grow and expand our business.”

Prior to joining Terlato Wines, Gonzales spent the last 20 years with Ste. Michelle Wine Estates in a series of progressive leadership roles including Business Development, Western Region Division Manager, Director of Chains and Vice President of Sales for the Western Region. In his two decades with the company, Gonzalez was recognized multiple times for the President’s Club Award. Gonzalez began his career at Southern Wine & Spirits in Southern California. 

When asked why he made the leap to Terlato, Gonzalez said, “I would have to say “Family” and loyalty. I truly felt an incredible connection during the introduction process.  With every person I met, it was clear to me that I wanted to be a part of the Terlato family history.”
