STUDIO CITY, CALIF. Accolade Brands Inc. is pleased to announce that it has been appointed to be the National Importer of MAXIMUS WINE from the award winning winery, Cantine Due Palme in Italy.
Accolade Brands Inc.*, working in cooperation with Aurora Wine & Spirits in selected markets, will add the Maximus Brand to their portfolios. Maximus is confident that this collaboration will be a great addition to the winery’s US plan and all involved shares the same enthusiasm, passion and goals. Maximus believes that this is the beginning of a long and loyal relationship.
Currently, the Maximus brand consists of two wines that are blends from Apulia. The Maximus Red 2013 is a blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Merlot, all from Estate vineyards. The Maximus White 2015 is also a blend, made of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Fiano coming from Estate vineyards.
According to Mark Newman, CEO of Accolade, the Maximus brand has had great success in the NY/NJ markets and is ripe to take nationally.

Founded in 1989 from an idea of its President, Mr. Angelo Maci, Cantine Due Palme has grown over the years up to 1200 estate growers, carefully selected on the grounds of their owning old vines that are situated in only premium sites. Today the winery is recognized as one of the finest large-scale estate cellars operating in all of Italy. Mr. Franco Caputo has been the export consultant working closely with Cantina Due Palme for over 5 years to produce and develop MAXIMUS Wine signature blends for the USA market.
