For winemakers and producers, a seminar on secondary fermentation using Traditional Methode Champenoise and Charmat techniques.
French winemaker and sparkling expert Maximilien Bernardeau works with some of the most renowned Champagne houses in the world, and is bringing his years of expertise to the 2019 Sparkling Tour, presented by Oenofrance USA and Station Oenotechnique de Champagne.
At this seminar, you will hear about techniques for:
- Base Wine Elaboration
- Alcoholic Fermentation
- Tartaric Stabilization
- Secondary Fermentation (and more!)
You will also have a chance to speak to Mr. Bernardeau about issues you may be experiencing with your own production, and we invite you to bring a bottle of your current sparkling release for tasting and on-site review.
