The seasonal expression from England’s Isle of Wight Distillery – the fourth in Mermaid’s U.S. range – arrives as Negroni Week (September 21–27) opens, bringing its rich, warming character to the American bar cart just as the evenings draw in.
Crafted by the Isle of Wight Distillery, Mermaid Winter Gin is a seasonal expression created to capture the flavors of autumn and winter. Luscious coastal figs and vine-ripened grapes are complemented by cassia, orange peel and Isle of Wight honey, creating a subtly sweet and warming spirit with plenty of depth. Sixteen fruits and botanicals in all, presented in a deep-purple interpretation of Mermaid’s sculpted, fully recyclable bottle. It earned a Gold Medal at the 2026 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

1 oz Campari
1 oz Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
Garnish: Fig wedge
Method:
Pour all ingredients into an ice-filled vessel and stir. Serve over a large ice cube and garnish with a fig wedge.
