Follador Prosecco Dal 1769 Is Hole Partner of the 21st Fondazione Vialli E Mauro Golf Cup

Follador brings the sparkling wines of the Treviso Prealps to the greens of Royal Park I Roveri for the 21st edition of the charity event dedicated to ALS research and cancer prevention

June 8, 2026 (Col San Martino, Italy) — On Monday, June 22, at Royal Park I Roveri in Fiano Torinese, the Fondazione Vialli e Mauro Golf Cup returns for its twenty first edition. This Pro Am competition features teams of professionals and amateurs sharing the course in a format that brings together sport and solidarity. On the green, champions from the DP World Tour, the leading European professional golf circuit, major figures from sport and entertainment, and amateurs will come together, united by an objective that goes well beyond the sporting result: supporting fundraising for ALS research, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, and cancer prevention.

Alongside the Foundation this year is also Follador Prosecco dal 1769, a winery based in Col San Martino in the heart of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG appellation, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2019.

“Being present at an event dedicated to research and solidarity is, for us, a choice that reflects the values on which our family has built everything,” says Cristina Follador. “The land, the work, the sense of community: these are the same roots that inspire the Foundation and that convinced us to take part. Bringing our sparkling wines as a moment of conviviality and sharing is the most direct and tangible way to contribute to something greater.”

Follador’s presence is structured across two distinct moments during the day. Along the course, one hole will be dedicated to the Col San Martino brand, where participants will be offered a glass of Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG Prosecco, served alongside the refreshment points set up throughout the course. The evening will conclude with a cocktail dinner party by the pool, welcoming around 250 guests including players, celebrities and supporters, where Follador will host a tasting corner featuring its labels.

“The Fondazione Vialli e Mauro is built on people and stories that come together year after year with consistency and passion,” says Massimo Mauro, President of the Fondazione Vialli e Mauro. “Welcoming Follador means having alongside us a company rooted in the same sense of belonging and respect for what is built over time. The Prosecco they will bring to the green and to the evening will not simply be a toast, it will be a sign of genuine sharing, the very reason why we return to Royal Park I Roveri every year.”

The funds raised during the 21st edition will support the Fondazione AriSLA 2026 call for research into ALS and the projects of the Fondazione Piemontese per la Ricerca sul Cancro in support of the Istituto di Candiolo, IRCCS. Among the participants already confirmed are Michel Platini, Gianfranco Zola, Borja Valero and Giancarlo Antognoni, together with DP World Tour professionals including Peppo Canonica, Stephen Gallacher, Rafa Cabrera Bello and Guido Migliozzi. The presenting partners of this edition are RF Celada S.p.A. and Poste Italiane.

A day in which sport, solidarity and conviviality once again come together on the greens of Royal Park I Roveri, turning golf into a concrete opportunity to support research. An event that, after twenty one editions, continues to bring together leading names and partner companies around a shared goal: working as a team for something that goes beyond competition.
