June 1, 2026 — In partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery, Stem & Barrel: Napa Valley follows three renowned Napa Valley wineries through one of the most demanding and defining periods in winemaking — harvest season. Filmed across the 2025 vintage, the documentary offers rare behind-the-scenes access to Etude Wines, Beaulieu Vineyard, and Frank Family Vineyards as they navigate the pressures of leadership, legacy, innovation, and the relentless pace of harvest.

Set against the backdrop of Napa Valley’s world-renowned wine region, the documentary captures the emotional and physical realities of producing premium wine within a narrow and unforgiving harvest window, where every decision can shape an entire vintage.

At Etude Wines, Senior Winemaker Jon Priest leads the pursuit of exceptional Pinot Noir while mentoring a global team of interns through the intensity of harvest. At Beaulieu Vineyard, Senior Winemaker Nate Weis undertakes his first vintage of the legendary Georges de Latour Private Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon as the historic estate undergoes a landmark renovation. At Frank Family Vineyards, Senior Winemaker Todd Graff, alongside Hospitality Director Liam Gearity and founders Rich and Leslie Frank, explores the intersection of winemaking, hospitality, and the guest experience that has become synonymous with Napa Valley.

From early mornings in the vineyard to late nights in the cellar, Stem & Barrel: Napa Valley reveals the precision, pressure, and craftsmanship behind one of the world’s most celebrated wine regions. The documentary also explores the broader evolution of Napa Valley as wineries balance tradition, sustainability, tourism, and generational legacy in an increasingly competitive global market.

“Stem & Barrel: Napa Valley is ultimately a story about people, pressure, and purpose,” said Jason Dundas, Executive Producer and Director of Dundas Media. “Whether in the vineyard, cellar, or tasting room, these wineries are navigating the challenge of honoring tradition while continuously evolving for the future.”

“In Napa Valley, you’re not just making wine – you’re carrying forward a legacy, mentoring the next generation, and shaping how people experience this place. This film captures the reality of that responsibility, and the decisions that define not just a vintage, but what comes next.” — Nate Weis, Senior Winemaker & General Manager, Beaulieu Vineyard.

Stem & Barrel: Napa Valley is produced by Dundas Media.
