Truss Wines Introduces New Tasting Space In Westside Paso Robles

Bespoke Winery Champions Classic California Hospitality at Willow Creek District Estate

May 28, 2026 (Paso Robles, CA)Truss Wines today introduced its new tasting space in the heart of the Paso Robles Willow Creek District, where the winery’s legacy estate wines meet the art of hospitality amid a uniquely picturesque setting.

While founded upon modern winemaking and contemporary ambiance, the Truss tasting room marks a throwback to the unhurried hospitality of classic California wine tasting. The reimagined space foregoes the traditional standing bar in favor of comfortable indoor and outdoor seating with views of the vineyard and signature wetland pond.

“We set out to amplify the heritage of this estate while showcasing the wines and landscape in new and fresh ways.,” said Owner-Winemaker Kyle Jury. “The new space is also functionally designed around the Truss ethos of service, creating an environment where you feel welcome, inspired and transported.”

Personal by Design

The Truss tasting room is located along uncrowded Arbor Road in westside Paso Robles with sweeping views of the Willow Creek District. Tasting flights are just $20 and the fee is waived with a purchase of three bottles. Reservations are recommended, but walk-ins are warmly welcomed. Hours are Thursday through Monday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The name Truss originates from Jury’s longtime interest in architecture, which is evident in the tasting room’s unique and intentional remodel, with two separate indoor tasting areas, as well as outdoor lounge seating overlooking the pond and vineyard. Clean lines, fine art and cozy furniture create an atmosphere of serenity and escape.

The lack of a standing bar is functional as well as symbolic. While the tasting spaces encourage mixing and connection, they also invite each guest to settle in, relax and get to know the wines—in contrast to the more transactional experience of a standing bar.

Here, General Manager & Hospitality Director Micah Park leads a guest experience that emphasizes personal attention and responsiveness. Jury also takes an active hand in serving the wines. “We believe in showing up ourselves and providing best-in-class hospitality,” Park said. “Our goal is to never be unavailable.”

Reinventing a Legacy Estate

The roots of the 26-acre Truss estate date back to 2002, when vines were first planted by NFL star and winemaker Terry Hoage. Hoage’s TH Estate Winery was one of the early pioneers of the modern Rhône variety movement in Paso Robles, earning some of the region’s highest critical accolades. After retiring from the industry, Hoage and his wife Jennifer entrusted the estate to Jury and his partners, confident that they were the best choice to steward the legacy of the property.

The Truss label was established in 2022 by Jury and his wife Brittany, with an initial focus on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The new estate property now takes the Truss story to a new level. Truss’s first estate-grown Rhône variety wines are rolling out this spring and summer, marking a new era for this one-of-a-kind vineyard destination.

“Our aim is to make a unique mark on Paso Robles with both our wines and visitor experience,” Jury said.
