May 8, 2026 (Buchanan, MI) — As Michigan Wine Month celebrates the depth and diversity of wines produced across the state, Tabor Hill Winery, with more than 55 years of winemaking experience, has introduced two new additions to its signature Demi Sec collection: Raspberry Rosé and Peach. Alongside these new releases, the winery is also unveiling a refreshed label design.
Developed by Tabor Hill’s winemaker Sage Briggs for warm-weather sipping, beach days, patio gatherings, and entertaining, the new wines build on the continued success of Tabor Hill’s fan-favorite Demi line, known for its approachable, fruit-forward style and easy-drinking versatility.
- Tabor Hill Raspberry Rosé Demi-Sec features lively notes of raspberry, citrus zest, strawberry, and watermelon with a crisp, refreshing finish.
- Tabor Hill Peach Demi-Sec highlights ripe peach, nectarine, and delicate floral notes, creating a smooth, vibrant touch in every glass.

In tandem, the winery is also unveiling a refreshed label design across select wines. The redesign was developed and executed in-house under the direction of Creative Director Nicole Brown, demonstrating Tabor Hill’s continued investment in thoughtful, brand-led storytelling and design.
“The modern look reflects the Lake Michigan wine-growing region, with subtle line work inspired by rolling vineyard hills and the lake’s natural movement,” said Brown. “Clean typography and a cohesive color palette create a more elevated shelf presence while making it easier for guests to navigate the portfolio.”
